Tyler helps keep the firm’s systems organized and up to date, so the team always has reliable information. He makes sure new clients are set up smoothly and that each step of the process is completed on time. He also pulls simple, clear metrics that help the team understand what’s working and where support is needed, all while helping create a consistent experience for clients.
Tyler joined the team in April 2026, bringing several years of service industry experience. A graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA, he studied Music Theory and continues to stay active as a composer, with commissions from nationally and internationally recognized ensembles. In March 2026, one of his arrangements was performed at the Midwestern ACDA Convention by the Nordic Choir. Originally from Clinton, IA and raised in Geneseo, IL, Tyler is glad to be back in the area. He now lives in Colona, IL with his three cats, Lucy, Penny, and Trashcan. He is dedicated to fostering connection with other humans, serving the community with grace and humility. Outside the office, he enjoys participating in local theatre, especially productions at the Quad City Music Guild in Moline.
